Questions

Straight answers.

Is this the WhatsApp Business app, or the official API?

The official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). It is built for verified business numbers, message templates, and systems that connect to your website, CRM, and automation — not a phone with the consumer app.

Can it connect to our website, CRM, and n8n workflows?

Yes. That is the point of treating it as its own service. Order updates, invoices, and support threads can be triggered from n8n automation and written back to Salesforce or another CRM.

Do you run promotional campaigns as well as transactional messages?

Yes. Utility messages (orders, invoices, support) and marketing conversations (catalogs, broadcasts, click-to-WhatsApp) sit on the same number, with templates approved through Meta.

Do we need Meta approval before going live?

Yes. We handle Business Manager, number verification, and template submission as part of setup. Go-live waits on Meta's review of the account and templates.
